Alok Aradhe

Justice Alok Aradhe was born on 13 April 1964 in Raipur and enrolled as an advocate at the Madhya Pradesh High Court on 12 July 1988, practising civil, constitutional, arbitration, and company law for nearly two decades before his judicial elevation in 2009.

He served on four High Courts — Madhya Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Karnataka, and as Chief Justice of Telangana (2023–2025) and Bombay (2025) — before his Supreme Court elevation on 29 August 2025.

He has contributed to revisions of texts on administrative law and statutory interpretation. His work covers civil, constitutional, arbitration, and company law.
