Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra was born on 3 March 1963 and practised law before his elevation to the judiciary. He served as Chief Justice of the Andhra Pradesh High Court before his Supreme Court elevation on 6 February 2023.
His work at the Supreme Court has addressed criminal law, service law, and constitutional matters.
